- Fat Free Italian Dressing - 0 Pts per serving
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce 0 Pts per serving
- Salad spritzers - Wishbone makes good ones! (Not Ranch!! I sprayed one salad and then threw away the whole bottle!)
- High Fiber Low calorie bread - The kind that is one Point for 2 slices is what I like!
- Egg Beaters - I eat 'em every morning!
- Sam's Club turkey bacon - ditto! 1 Pt per slice!
- Fiber One bars - tastes great less filling - KIDDING! More filling! All but the Oats & Peanut Butter are only 2 points each!
- 94% Fat Free popcorn! 1 Pt
- Lots of Salt Free spices!
- Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and/or Salad Dressing (NOT FAT FREE - in my opinion, the low fat taste better and are worth the extra points, but you can decide for yourself!)
- Fat Free and Low Fat Sour Cream - some things are ok with the fat free, some aren't!
- Shredded Cheese, Low Fat and Fat Free
