High Fiber Low calorie bread - The kind that is one Point for 2 slices is what I like!
Egg Beaters - I eat 'em every morning!
Sam's Club turkey bacon - ditto! 1 Pt per slice!
Fiber One bars - tastes great less filling - KIDDING! More filling! All but the Oats & Peanut Butter are only 2 points each!
94% Fat Free popcorn! 1 Pt
Lots of Salt Free spices!
Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and/or Salad Dressing (NOT FAT FREE - in my opinion, the low fat taste better and are worth the extra points, but you can decide for yourself!)
Fat Free and Low Fat Sour Cream - some things are ok with the fat free, some aren't!
