Must Haves! These are absolute must haves in my kitchen and pantry!



  • Laughing Cow LIGHT cheese wedges (you know how I love cheese! 1 point each!)
  • Hormel Turkey Pepperoni in the pillow pack (think Pizza Dia!)
  • Don Marcos Healthy Style Tortillas 1 Pt each
  • Fat Free Italian Dressing - 0 Pts per serving
  • Low Sodium Soy Sauce 0 Pts per serving
  • Salad spritzers - Wishbone makes good ones! (Not Ranch!! I sprayed one salad and then threw away the whole bottle!)
  • High Fiber Low calorie bread - The kind that is one Point for 2 slices is what I like!
  • Egg Beaters - I eat 'em every morning!
  • Sam's Club turkey bacon - ditto! 1 Pt per slice!
  • Fiber One bars - tastes great less filling - KIDDING! More filling!  All but the Oats & Peanut Butter are only 2 points each!
  • 94% Fat Free popcorn! 1 Pt
  • Lots of Salt Free spices!
  • Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and/or Salad Dressing (NOT FAT FREE - in my opinion, the low fat taste better and are worth the extra points, but you can decide for yourself!)
  • Fat Free and Low Fat Sour Cream - some things are ok with the fat free, some aren't!
  • Shredded Cheese, Low Fat and Fat Free
